My professional training is only part of what I bring to the therapy room.
I'm a parent of two boys, the founder and former owner of Jungle Gym Gymnastics for more than 20 years, and someone who understands firsthand that life doesn't always unfold the way we expect.
I've experienced the challenges of raising a family, building a business, navigating divorce, and returning to university later in life. Those experiences have reinforced one belief that guides my work every day:
