I’m a Registered Social Worker offering counselling and psychotherapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. My approach is holistic, client-centred, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
How I Began
My work is rooted in my years coaching competitive gymnastics, where seeing strength, talent, and potential in others was essential. What sets me apart is my ability to help clients not only recognize those qualities within themselves, but truly believe in them and use them to move forward.

I listen beyond words,paying attention to your tone, body language, and expressions to better understand your story and experiences. Through thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions, I help you explore new perspectives while we develop tailored tools for growth, healing, and change. Our time together is important, but the work you carry forward between sessions is what creates meaningful, lasting results.
